Committed to Our Profession

Our commitment to the community extends to a responsibility to improve the legal profession. Our attorneys are members of various professional organizations, including the American Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Utah Bar Association, and the Mesa County Bar Association and we regularly participate in the activities and committees of these organizations. Our attorneys have held leadership positions in various bar organizations. These positions have included presidency of the Colorado Bar Association, presidency of the Mesa County Bar Association, membership on the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association, membership on and chair of the Litigation Section and the Water Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and membership on the Grievance Committee of the Colorado Supreme Court and U.S. District Court and Colorado Supreme Court Standing Committee for Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct. Our attorneys have been members of the Twenty-First Judicial District and Supreme Court Comittees, participating in the selection of individuals for nomination to state judicial positions.
